Monitor CCTV footage 24/7 from client sites globally
Report incidents promptly and communicate with on-ground security teams
Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports
Identify and escalate suspicious activity or security breaches
Operate Video Monitoring and Threat Detection systems
Follow company protocols for workplace incident reporting.
Coordinate with the Assistant Manager on shift handovers
Support Night Vision Monitoring during overnight shifts
Handle client communication professionally across different time zones

CCTV Qualifications

Intermediate or bachelor’s degree (any field).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with monitoring software.
Good observation and attention to detail.
Ability to work in rotating shifts (day, evening, and night)
Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
Previous experience as a CCTV camera operator is a plus but not required.
